It’s not often anyone gets to combine the fascinating yet distinct worlds of art and gastronomy, but as part of our work with the Judit Virag Gallery and Auction House, we were able to do just that. Our communications focused on bringing young art enthusiasts to the gallery with a creative programme entitled Paintings and Chefs, a co-operation between the gallery and gastronomical whiz kid Robert Rosenstein. The evening enriched the discourse around adventurous painters of the 1920s and 1930s such as Bela Kadar, Hugo Scheiber, and Bela Czobel paired alongside inventive gastronomical creations inspired by their lives and work.
